Upgrades to your Admin site

Dear Affiliates,

Here is a list of recent enhancements that have been implemented on your site.

Take time to familiarise yourself with these improvements

1. Improved Customer Activity Report

This enhancement allows you to sort your customer by ‘Date Registered ‘ which means that you can monitor new users to your website or by ‘Recent Login’, to track frequency of your existing users. Use this data to engage with new customers and find out how you can assist them. You can create a protocol to follow up users who have not visited your site lately.

2. Corporate Account Customers

This enhancement assists you to monitor your account customers. By keeping this data up to date you will be able to see at a glance the outstanding unpaid invoices for orders that may require follow up. This page also shows you the remaining available credit which may compel you to contact the customer to either increase the limit or in fact pay their bill!  This page gives you a snapshot of your customers account history. It also allows you to export to a .csv file for ease of upload to your accounting software or for customised reporting.

3. Products Interface and Navigation

This upgrade provides a more efficient and easier way to view the detail specifications of your products. By clicking the magnifying glass under the product thumbnail, it will take you to a page where you can see all the descriptions and details, the specifications, and the price details of that product, in one place without having to access separate pages.

Also, the new product navigation on the right hand side gives you easier access to the products page.

Customer’s Account Overview Dashboard

We have introduced a cleaner and clearer overview interface for your Customers’ Accounts.  It makes it easier for your customer to navigate through their account, view their orders, see their portfolio, review quotes, manage their image gallery, change their password, or update their billing and shipping addresses .
