Q : Does Edit and Print offer the ability to customise the look of my online shopfront?
A : Absolutely, and we are quite flexible in terms of customising the layout of your site and making it as unique as possible. Send us a mock up of your design and we can integrate it in our system on a per quote basis.
Q : Are we able to upgrade my site from Essential to Premium when we are ready ?
A : Yes, you can upgrade to Premium anytime, with an upgrade price of $1,250.00 This fee includes the license for the online editors and the extra training required to take your business to the next level. The training includes template creation and the PDFlib feature.
Q : What did you offer in regards of Google SEO ?
A : We have built the solution on an easy to use CMS (Content Management System) which supports your need for SEO. This gives you flexibility and control over your website content as each page within in your site and each product is set up for page title, keywords, metatags and descriptions etc. You can manage and review your sites performance through Google Analytics, so if you decide to run a campaign you have full knowledge and reporting to analyse the ROI.
Q : Do we have a full control of our website ?
A : Yes. An Edit and Print solution sits on your own URL with your unique database, has an easy to use CMS that gives you complete control over the content as well as the ability to populate with your products, your prices and your images. All the communication templates as well as the site carry your brand, look and feel.
Q : How secure is the affiliate information on the website ?
A : Clients information, data, designs and site content remains the property of the Affiliate and under no circumstances will Edit and Print access or utilise that data base for its own purposes. Our role is to assist you to build a successful online business and ensure complete functionality and provide technical support. Our contract highlights these points when you sign up with us.
Q : The fact that Edit and Print is partnering with IBS, does that mean that all the work automatically goes to IBS?
A : Flexibility allows you to manage your orders – you choose to print In house, use IBS or send to another printer / supplier. What you do get is the e-commerce payment gateway and secure storage of your clients artwork so they can order and access anytime, anywhere
Q : Can i manage my order workflow through your system ?
A : We have a basic MIS system in the admin that will be sufficient for most, but we have the flexibility to integrate with backend MIS system as IBS has done with their product as an example. We do understand that everybody is unique and we have built our system to be flexible enough to handle this.
